Cancellation and order changes

If you want to cancel your reservation for any reason, please let us know by e-mail or by phone at least 3 hours in advance (before transportation). In that case you are charged NO CANCELLATION FEE, otherwise we charge 100% FEE.

If you wish to change your transportation booking you can do that free of charge in the same time when the cancellation of booking.

Payment

You can pay at departure hall information in cash.
